By downloading, installing, or using Singapore Bridge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
2. Account & Data
The App creates an anonymous account automatically using Google Firebase Authentication. We store your chosen nickname, Elo rating, win count, and games-played count. No email address or password is required.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting datadonk@gmail.com.
3. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These networks may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve personalised ads. You may opt out through your device settings.
By using the App you consent to the display of advertisements.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to cheat, exploit, or disrupt multiplayer games
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
- Harass or harm other players
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App including graphics, game logic, sounds, and design is owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Firebase and Google AdMob, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Game results, Elo ratings, and rankings are for entertainment purposes only and have no monetary value.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
